Terms and Conditions for the Pappy Van Winkle Barrel Raffle Contest
1. Eligibility
The raffle is open to all individuals who purchase a raffle ticket.
Participants must submit their entries by November 30th, 2024.
Employees or affiliates of Antioch Barrel are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Requirements
Participants must purchase a raffle ticket to enter.
Entries must include valid contact information for winner notification.
3. Prize
The prize is a custom-made Pappy Van Winkle Whiskey Barrel Liquor Cabinet, made by Antioch Barrel, valued at $2500.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other item.
4. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be announced during the event on November 30th, 2024.
The winner must be present at the event to claim the prize. If the winner is not present, a new winner will be drawn.
5. Prize Collection
The winner must collect the prize immediately after the event. Antioch Barrel is not responsible for any shipping or delivery of the prize.
If the winner cannot take possession of the prize at the event, they may forfeit the prize, and a new winner may be selected.
6. Limitation of Liability
Antioch Barrel is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the raffle or use of the prize.
The winner assumes all risks associated with the assembly and use of the Pappy Van Winkle Whiskey Barrel Liquor Cabinet.
